• No extra charges will be incurred for any duplicate or delayed messages. Any overcharges that may have occurred will be automatically credited to your accounts.

UPDATE 19th of November: We have identified that a large portion of the delayed SMS messages have still not gone out as we'd hoped. We are looking into this again and will have these resent later today.

Please note that all SMS messages sent after 10:22am AEDT have not been affected and will have been sent as expected.

Dear users, to resolve the ongoing slowness and performance issues, we will be restarting our servers shortly (at approximately 12:45 PM, AEDT). During this time, Power Diary will be temporarily offline. We expect the outage to be brief, and once the restart is complete, performance should return to normal. We have refreshed a number of internal caches, resulting in a marked improvement in observable performance and monitored performance metrics. We are continuing to monitor this to confirm the issue has been resolved.

This incident has been resolved. Telehealth Lite links should be working as expected now. We apologise for the inconvenience.

While we are investigating this issue, please use the Zoom Telehealth Pro platform which is currently available for free to all users. Here is how to switch our calls to Telehealth Pro:
1. Enable Telehealth Pro in Settings > Communication > Communication Options.
2. On the calendar screen, click your Telehealth appointments to open their appointment panel.
3. Turn on the Telehealth switch, save the appointment.
4. Click 'Copy Link' to copy and send the meeting URL to the client(s)
5. Click 'Start' to start the session as a practitioner.
6. If you do not have the Zoom App installed on your device, start the meeting in browser. Your clients will also be able to join the meeting in browser, if they do not have the Zoom App available on their devices.

This incident has been resolved. We will continue to monitor the system closely.
