Partial system outage affecting some users

    We experienced a DNS issue earlier, which has now been identified and resolved to prevent future occurrences.     Some users are not able to access the Zanda application, or are experiencing delays accessing the site. This currently only seems to be affecting some users.

    The calendar screen is able to be loaded as expected without any issues.

    We are continuing to investigate the issue causing intermittent system slowness as a high priority, however the impact of this should be minimal during this time.

    We’re currently experiencing a partial outage affecting Calendar View as of ~3:45pm AEST - we have customers reporting that it is appearing blank.

    We have also been investigating intermittent system slowness affecting users throughout the day. The root cause of the slowness has not yet been identified, however we are managing this as best we can and mitigating the effect on users as our highest priority in the meantime.

    Some users may have encountered that their Calendar did not load as expected - this was an unexpected yet temporary issue caused by the maintenance. Please refresh and try again, or reach out to support@zandahealth.com. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    We will be performing some database maintenance at the time stated above. During this time, you will not be able to read, edit nor create patient invoices inside your Zanda account. Your associated Client Portal will also be unable to create invoices on your behalf, but the appointments should still be created.

    The expected duration is 60 minutes, and we will post updates here as we proceed.

    Thank you for your understanding; it's important that we apply improvements, and some of them can't be done whilst invoicing data is being accessed.
