Telehealth Zoom Pro not working for small number of affected accounts

    This incident has been resolved.

    Investigating

We are aware of an issue where a small number of affected accounts aren't able to access their Telehealth Zoom Pro calls and instead see the error "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" or similar. We are investigating the cause of the issue to resolve this as soon as possible, and we do apologise for the inconvenience in the meantime for affected users.

The issue currently seems to affect all Telehealth Zoom Pro calls on an affected account, however users can try creating a new appointment with the same date and time for clients to create a new call link and try accessing Telehealth Zoom on the new link, or use Telehealth Lite with clients in the meantime as a workaround in-app (see: https://support.zandahealth.com/getting-started-with-telehealth-lite).

If this wouldn't be suitable, users may need to run calls via their own Zoom account or another external service until this is resolved.

Please keep an eye on the status page for any updates.
