Zanda - Notice history

As part of our regular daily deployment, some users may temporarily experience issues accessing certain areas of the system, including forms, clinical notes, appointments, and related features. Our team is actively monitoring the deployment and working to ensure full functionality is restored as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience while this work is completed.

We’re currently aware of an issue affecting access to Zanda for users in the United States. Our team is actively investigating the cause and working to resolve this as a priority. We’ll provide further updates as soon as more information is available.

Zanda is operating normally, however our infrastructure provider Cloudflare is currently experiencing issues. This may cause intermittent loading delays and occasional difficulties connecting to telehealth sessions. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as Cloudflare implements a fix.

Some customers may be experiencing issues saving notes, forms. We’re aware of the reports, and our team is currently investigating. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this.
